HYBIRD Customer Service Support role for global and stable company located in Schaumburg. Immediate interviews and start within a week! Not a call center environment, normal business hours and plenty of training. Friendly team is looking for a candidate with MS Office and between 1-3 years of Customer Service experience. Must have office experience and open to learning new industry. Benefits after 60 days, pays $20/hr.
Job Duties:
- Assemble and upload audit docs and audit pack
- Update Sales Order and Purchase Order as needed
- Process name and address changes
- Monitor and forward as appropriate email correspondence via the CS email inbox
- Retrieve voicemails; track and forward as appropriate.
- Answer phone calls from the toll-free Customer Service number and provide information to the customer as required
Job Requirements:
- Between 1-3 years of Customer Service/Administrative experience working in an office environment
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Excel spreadsheets for data
- Able to work a hybrid schedule in office Schaumburg
- Professional and friendly in nature
